Hotel Calmo is a series of Boutique Hotel owned by K Hotel Group. Hotel Calmo has a total of 4 boutique hotels – Hotel Calmo Bugis, Hotel Calmo Chinatown, The Great Madras & The Daulat, in Singapore with over 150 modern refined rooms.
Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
Checking the availability of accommodation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
Providing support to customers regarding reservation process.
Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Other ad hoc duties/projects assigned by the manager.
Cleaning, making beds and changing linens for guestroom.
Cleaning and maintaining the hotel.
Disinfecting/sanitizing of guestrooms and common areas.
Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements.
Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition.
Take up other duties as assigned.
Help guests check-in and check-out.
Handle customer queries via phone call or on-site.
Arrange customer booking schedules.
Attend to guests’ request.
